Yeah they can look good but its amazing how much heat they can throw out..if
you are standing in front of one on the usually too small stage in a hot
bar,well you can fry.

Have any of you had good results using lights to enhance a performance?
I know a artist who brings a colored floodlight in a common aluminum
reflector and places it in front or back of the performers.
Very low tech, lightweight and effective.
A lot of the pubs and clubs do not offer prepared stage, so a little light
on the topic is what I like.
