I haven't had a chance to try this, but wouldn't fourth position on a "C"
harp also work?
A = 3 draw bent down 2 half steps
B = 3 draw
C = 4 blow
D = 4 draw
E = 5 blow
F = 5 draw
G = 6 blow
A = 6 draw
B = 7 draw
C = 7 blow
D = 8 draw
E = 8 blow
F = 9 draw
G = 9 blow
A = 10 draw
