If we are talking about using an F harp for second position to play blues,
try using the Bb6/C6 harp known as Magic Bop Band, one of Magic Dick's
tunings.
Draw is C E G A, and the Bb is on blow 1, 5, and 9--every octave is the
same, so you have the draw bends in both octaves, just like regular F and
low F.
