Check out Jane Gillman. She's been playing cajun harp for a while now.
Sounds like she uses that double tongue-blocking technique--playing out of
both sides of the mouth for octaves and such, and lifting her tongue off and
on for rhythm. I believe she uses a octave-tuned harmonica for a lot of her
playing.
