There is a Didier Lockwood CD called "For Stephane" (for Stephane Grappelli,
who has been his mentor) which may be available in different countries I
guess.
On the second CD, there is a video on which Didier Lockwood explains what
swing is, and shows how he practices it on his violin.
If you get a chance to get it, it's amazing !
