IT could be that the adverse affects that your experiencing is not the "Effects of over practice" ----
BUT the Effects of *UNDEVELOPED TECHNIQUE*!
In a nut shell - (Unless you’re the exception to the rule) - YOU will need to go through these {growing pains}- sore mouth, cheeks, lips Etc.
If you don't give up and persevere - giving practice time to concentrating on playing SOFTER, and with time strengthening all the necessary muscles in your mouth, tongue, neck Etc.
I'll bet you in 10 or 15 years - you'll be playing WOODEN HARPS with NOTTA a PROBLEM at ALL.
