A previous post writes

Ahem. I though that Pete Schmidt's (excellent) backing tracks were only 
available by buying the CDs from his site. I've bought all 3 of his CDs, 
and have used them a lot.

Hopefully the download resulted in some pennies going to Pete, a 
hardworking Canadian bluesman.
