Unfortunately, I have not had any luck getting in contact, either via 
email or by phone.  Just tried the number on the website again.  Still 
get the FAX tone.  On the advice of another person on harp-l, I've sent 
off a check for an AFB+ using the online order form.  They said not to 
worry as John will send a unit forthwith.  I'll let you all know what 
the response is.
