If the forum activity at Adobe Forums and AudioMasters is any indicator, 
there is nothing in the air about a version 4.0. But unlike say, Cakewalk, 
where there is a new SONAR release each year and alpha and beta testing is 
rampant among senior forum members, Adobe keeps its' development very much 
in-house and discussion of new releases is quite muted. I haven't seen 
anything mentioned in the last year.
Harp content? No mention of harmonica there either.
