Re: [Harp-L] Mitch Kashmar coincidences
I prefer to look at it as spring shower of varying opinions
on music, the music business and the like. As I stated
I prefer listening to KW more than any other modern
version of older blues styles. That doesn't mean that I
don't listen to lots of other modern blues harpists that
I feel retain the life and language of blues harp. Music
and variety are the spice of life. There are a bunch
of great players in our midst still pulling it off on a nightly
basis. Enjoy it as much as you can, and keep an open
mind and heart.

Don't think the storm was over K's musical competence- - no one says he is not
competent. Storm seems to be about personal opinions regarding if his recording
was a turn on or not to the listener. Why a storm about this? don't know. prefer
a spring shower of sharing different opinions.
check harp-l and found there was a storm
brewing over harpist Mitch Kashmar's level of musical competence.
