my usage is pretty rudimentary. of the 12 amp models, the 6 on the left
side of the dial are mostly useless for harp, unless you enjoy shrieking
howling feedback at any volume level (and this with a fireball). those
ones are really meant for heavy metal shredders.

the remaining 6 models are fender twin and deluxe tweed, marshal plexi,
"brit", "b-kat", and peavey classic 50. i find all of these useful, though i
tend to gravitate toward the classic and the plexi. each of the 12 amps
have a green (clean) and red (distortion) channel. i mostly use the clean,
with pre-gain at maybe 3 out of 7, and a little delay or reverb. the distorted
channels are usable only if you turn the pre-gain way down. there are a
bunch of effects i don't use, and you can store 12 presets.

all things considered, not a bad little amp, and a good deal at $99 shipped.
i'm sure if my musical mentors hear about this, i will take endless amounts
of crap from them. but it does what i want, sounds good, and doesn't break
my back or wallet. and besides, there's all those blinkenlights...
