I'm not a believer in getting a dirty sound to play blues. A little amp crunch is fine but I
use an akg dm 500. It's pretty flat. I use a boss digital reverb pedal and a peavey 15 watt
amp direct to the PA. Sometimes I'll use a boss octave pedal.
The last blues recordings I did I used my ampeg reverb rocket. These are the recordings.
