[Harp-L] The long-lost Seydel brother

I have heard that the founding Seydel brothers, Christian August Seydel and Johann August Seydel left their brother's harmonica company, J.C. Seydel in 1847 to start their own business. Basically all I know about the original Seydel harmonica company is that it predates the current Seydel company. Anybody know anything about J.C. Seydel?
