[Harp-L] Kay Chicago Blues Makeover

My last ridiculous post reminded me of a really dumb idea I had.  I also play guitar and my first guitar was a Kay.  Out of nostalgia, I thought it would be fun to order some Hering 1923 reed plates and slap them on a Kay Chicago Blues. I have both harps and it seems like they should fit without much modifications. I could also raid one of my old Marine Bands for some reeds.  Has anyone done anything so foolish.
