[Harp-L] Bandmaster patent

Anybody have the text or pdf or whatever of Richard Seydel Sr.'s 1898 Bandmaster patent? I don't care if it's in German... all that would mean is I wouldn't read it as fast. I need to see a copy of this thing, but I have been unable to find it, even at the German patent office online, doesn't mean it's not there, I just can't find it.
