Not being familiar with the exact term, I will have to guess that what 
we are talking is the situation in which one plays two or more tones 
while the tongue is covering one or more holes in the middle. Common in 
blues is the 2 - 5 draw split (musically 1 and b7 in 2nd pos.) where the 
tongue blocks 3 - 4. No operations necessary.
