[Harp-L] Theory vs ear

Theory is nothing more than the accumulated experience of noodling with a
purpose.
If one needed theory to innovate, create or progress; theory itself would
not exist.
This is not to denigrate knowledge of theory, I advocate education in all
its forms.
I do not think one method inherently better than the other and, pardon me,
feel it arrogant to assert supremacy of any method.
