[Harp-L] Tongue Block Bending Holes 8 to 10

It's very doable.  I learned it to avoid having to switch embrochures.  The
technique is not that different from the pucker method.  Just need to make
things small enough to get the reed's attention.  It's easier for me to
control the blow bends tongue-blocking than with pucker for some reason.  By
the way, I'm a more or less permanently "intermediate" level player.  If I
can do it, most likely anybody can.
