Tommy played Spah one year that the Original Harmonica Band did. We
all flew in from LA together. It was an excellent opportunity to sit a
chat with Tommy on the plane.
His craft is unparalleled on the instrument. If you do get a chance to
talk to him he is quite accessible and a nice guy.

(and then on the 'cover' of the Classic Lite Album)...one can listen
to three tracks off that CD...some extremely nice playing (to put it

P.S. I don't know the individual movies, but there were a 'series'
of Smokey and the Bandit movies late 1970's (?) with Burt Reynolds,
Jerry Reed (singer/guitarist) as his friend and I believe Jackie
Gleason played the Sheriff (his nemesis) for at least one or two of
them. Tommy Morgan did play the music for at least one of these
movies...maybe all of them. They're what I was thinking of...with
moonshiners, a Sheriff and car chases.
