The credit roll at the end of the movie says:

"Harmonica Solos....... Toots Thielemans"

In fact, it is the very first credit of the film, before even Steve
McQueen.  Nowhere in the credits does it mention Tommy Morgan.

The bass harp lines in the film can only be described as solos.  So, I made
the reasonable association that Toots had played the bass harmonica solos.
Sorry if this offended anyone.

Be that as it may, the harp soundtrack in the movie is terrific, and Steve
McQueen is great in the movie.  As I said before... Highly recommended.
