I like Knob Creek. It's one of my favoritest.

Its name comes from the sound that the cork makes when you open it.  Spelled
backwards, it's "Keerc,,,Bonk".

Try Booker's sometime. Same basic family, the Jim Beam small-brewery line.
127 proof, so either you burn, or you chase, or you mix with water. Great
flavor.
