You must be joking,,

However, not to joke,,I personally find little use of the top three. Not
enough "return on investment" up there. The 7 I use when I finish off a run
in 2nd position to the 6 draw, bend it provocatively a few times for effect,
then go to the 7 draw and back again, but that's as high as I generally go.
I think it's because my playing style is mostly rhythmic, rather than
melodic. I spend most of my time in 1-4, unless I'm playing octaves.

The times I DO use the higher notes is when I lapse into cowboy tunes, like
"Red River Valley", and sailor's hornpipes and such. But I generally don't
consider that "real playing". I just use those tunes to entertain children
and other such innocents.
