Re: [Harp-L] Harp Depot

I'm in the same boat with an order I have with HD Jonathan.

On the HD website is a link on the right side called 'order status'. clicking it will bring you to an online form to submit your email and your order #. Good news is that almost instantly you will get a auto-generated reply on your order in your email inbox. Bad news is that it will likely say "Processing" which gives you no real information about your order.

IMHO, what they really need to do if they plan to continue in the online harp sales business, is communicate an estimated ship date for your order at the time of the order placement and then automatically update you without you asking via email as the order moves through the process. It's the not knowing that makes you feel like you've been had, right? Standard e-tailing practice these days. They really need to get a clue.
