I love Charlie Musslewhite's tone on the Delta Hardware  CD.  At the St. 
Louis SPAH I asked him what amp he used to make  that recording, he told me it was 
a red knob Twin, so now you have a place to go  to hear that amp in the hands 
of a great player.  Our conversation  didn't go further into gear, so I have 
no idea of what (if any) mods  had been done to the amp.  Oddly enough, 
considering my 25 years as a  custom microphone fabricator, I didn't get into what 
mic he was blowing  through.  
 
Now I want an Evil Twin... but want no part in lugging it  around.
