The difference between the regular 365/364 series and the SBS is the SBS
is exactly like a regular 10 hole diatonic with another 3 holes grafted
onto the lower end. The 3 holes that are added are the same as the
first 3 holes on a regular diatonic. They're just an octave lower than
the rest of the harmonica. For example with an F SBS the first 3 holes
are tuned identically to a low F 10 hole diatonic. The next 10 are
exactly the same as a regular F diatonic and the last hole, 14, is an
extension of the pattern above hole 7.
Here's the tuning in G. The G version starts like a normal G 10 hole
and the remaining notes are like a high G 10 hole.

search engine I created and what I found now is my latest tweak now has
it scooping up the very latest harp-l posts with virtually no lag. My
