it varies, but 3 hours or more is typical.  it might be two 1.5 hour sets with 
a break, or one 3 hour set.  when he plays at terra blues in nyc they start
around 10 -10:30 and play 3 sets that end around 3.  and they're usually
on thursday nights there.  if i'm lucky i get home and to bed by 5.  if i can't
get off, friday mornings are *really* long.
