I have a Boss OC-3, which in Poly mode is amazing on a guitar, but I don't
listen to myself on a mike (while not hearing myself) to know... Will rig
up a recorded test in the next few days to try.
It's range-sensitive in this mode, and basically takes off the lowest note
(filtered within the bottom octave and a half) of a guitar or bass. You
don't have to be playing individual/pure notes, so it ought to work well
with the richness of heavy harp.
