[Harp-L] webcam lessons

How good is webconferencing technology now as far as music lessons go? Is it 
mostly Skype that's being used or is there something better? I've waiting 
for this technology to get up to speed so I can teach nationally as well as 
locally (I'm not satisfied with phone lessons-I prefer being able to see the 
student). One problem I'm hearing about is that students and teachers can't 
play duets yet. I like backing students on guitar when they're in a lesson.
Who's up on this?
