The Lone Wolf Harp Delay compares favorably to the Ibanez AD-9 (Keeley modification) and the Maxon AD-9 Delay pedals at lower price. It is not as capable of producing some extreme sounds and as long a delay, however, it has worked very well for me through various amps from 3-5 watt Valcos to '59 Fender Bassman (SJ 410). I have recently used it with the effects loop of a Harp Commander III into several PA's and it sounded great.
Very nice tone and true-bypass; it sounds good with hot crystal mics, Shure CM and Controlled Reluctance elements and Steve's Thunderharp element.
The Harp Commander III works super as a head-phone amp ( I can;t practice with amps where I stay) by-the-way.
The gear don't make no player
The player he make the gear
I gotta stop 'dis typin'
The sound is gettin' near

Thanks all for the info and advice. I think I'm going to see how I am
financially after Christmas and get a Lone Wolf delay
Thanks again.
