As a chord/arpege is not "obliged" to place the tonic in the bass,
try dropping the 5th an octive.
i.e
C7+4 can be played ;
5 - 1 - 3 - sharp 4 - flat 7 [G - C - E - F# - Bb]
BTW In which context do you need this ?
