[Harp-L] 270 reedplate id

Hi Everyone
    I have recently bought another chromatic harp(Hohner 270) I'm 
pretty impressed so far. It sounds a lot like my CX-12's, maybe a touch 
brighter than the CX-12 but pretty close.
Anyhow the top reedplate is stamped with the numbers and letters X0107 
and the bottom plate is stamped X0207. I know the numerals are the month 
and year of manufacture, but can anyone tell me what the X is for?
