As a rule I let the fiddle player do the fills, unless
he/she let's me know otherwise.  You are in the same tonal range so I focus 
on chugs and rythym, I might
use a low F if the band is in C- it puts the harp
in a differnt place-

also-harp and fiddle trading 4s sounds great!
