At least you need the tools to be creative. Technics, licks, feeling 
and such are your tools if you want to be a creative harp player. 
Learning other player´s solos in detail implies obtaining the other 
player´s tools and increases your ability to be creative.

Probably you already know it all, i´m still learning from other 
players though.
