google groups accepts sound files as long as you are a member. No 
restrictions on joining.  the web address for that group is, 
http://groups.google.com/group/harp-l  Identical content to harp-l. 
Different more web based interface and uploads are possible.  Please do 
upload files that are not copyrighted or that you have copyright 
permission to post.  fjm
