just to clarify briefly (because it's not harp related), the entire trip spans 10 days,
but we work on the house just 5 days, monday through friday.  we're typically on site
at 6:30 am, and leave around 3-4 pm.  it never ceases to amaze me how much gets
done in that small amount of time (and there're tons of details that you don't see
in the pictures).  if my harp playing progressed at that rate, i'd be giving howard levy
lessons by now.

other volunteers take over after we leave, then contractors do the hard parts
(plumbing, electrical).  the family will move in this fall.
