Not exactly. You are blowing too hard, period - regardless of the way the  
harp is set up.
 
This is the biggest problem to the way harmonica has been perceived and  
taught. Even the books/CD/DVD lessons still say "blow" "suck" "draw". Happily  
I've seen some of the educators start to change their orientation and vocabulary  
to "inhale" and "exhale", showing a slow evolution towards the way harmonica  
should be approached.
