[Harp-L] Midnight cowboy

Hi all,
Was hoping that one of the more learned chrome players could point me in the right direction re Toot's famous decending note intro to the movie.
I know it is something one should be able to work out by ear but I dont have access to the tune at present although it is running around my head.
I have been trying to play it on my Bb chrome.
Any tips appreciated.
