[Harp-L] Reedplate Screws (was Why are there no washers on a harp?)

Winslow, are the 1-72 screw and the LO reedplate screws really 
equivalent, or just 'close enough' in these small sizes?  Also, do 
you happen to know if there is there an American equivalent for the 
Sp20 or MS series reedplate screws?  I have never checked if they and 
the LO screws are the same size.
