One thing that would make a difference
is the text editor you are using.
You have the options of bold type,
putting a circle around the number
which could be a black letter w/
white negative space or reversed,
Also different font colors.
I use Quark Express or Adobe Illustrator,
both have arrows,.....
which I guess would make for
best visual transcription.
