If this is true, harp depot could have an automatic message on an answering maching or automatic response to email enquiries. A personal loss can be a terrible thing, but business is business. People will understand if they are informed.

That can really disrupt things. I also am a model engineer(hobby 
machinist), and I've known of one or two businesses in that hobby that 
where very much disrupted by personal loss.
