These 2 inputs are directly connected, they are parallel.

The signal there is to weak to drive a headphone, and since
headphones are usually low impedance, they would cause a
short for your signal, so only an extremely small part would go
to the 1st tube. Let's say, the mic wohld have an impedance of
50 kOhms and your headphone only 32 Ohms, only 0,064 percent
of your mics signal would really go into the amp.
Would be pretty weak, and there are much cheaper solutions for
having a nonamplified harmonica. ;-))

If the personal monitor has his own amp with a high Z input, it could
work, but it could suck the tone more or less. But at least it's worth
