Chris, you really didn't think "I" was gonna let you slide on this, did

    As most have mentioned, it's probably more of an age thing.....many of
US older cats are indebited to this GREAT player that opened up the
possibilities of a different "way to go" on Diatonic in the 60's....Funk,
Soul, R&B and Blues with a 'twist' ...L.Walter & then Junior Wells cracked
opened this door and Butterfield proceeded to take the door 'off the
hinges'.!

    So if you talk to players like myself and Howard Levy and many others
from that era...they will only hold Mr.PB in HIGHEST reverence and esteem.
I find his Tone immpeccable and Ideas brilliant.

    I respect your opinion tho , love your sound and technique....so play on
my friend and happy holidays.

PS...I'm having some "ear wax removal swabs" sent to your house so you can
then re-listen to Paul B,-)
