Hi,
According to my book called Harmonica makers of Austria and Germany.
The Wm Kratt was Wilhelm Kratt formally of Trossingen who returned to  the  
the
USA and produced harmonica on a small scale in the union of New  Jersey.
When he died in in 1985 his son William Jr took over the firm.
They still make pitch pipes even today.but the Wm Kratt produced harmonica  
from 1940 -
until mid 1970
