Good idea, Roger.
I can't carry a 12- or even a 7-harp case with me all the time,
so I was carrying harps in my shirt and pants pockets. Not a
very good thing to do, what with the dust bunnies and other
crap in my pockets, that could (and did) clog the reeds. Then
I had an idea. I went to the "Best Buys" store and found a
small pleather case for a mini-camera. With inside dimensions
about the size of a pack of cigarettes. It is perfectly sized
to hold 3 harmonicas, and has a velcroed flap to close the top.
I fastened a belt-clip on the back and voila! Now I can carry
my A, C and D (usually) harps with me all the time, and keep
them protected.

Subject: [Harp-L] Favorite Harp Labeling Methods - Etc.
Hey Folks
What are y'all's favorite and most effective ( low light reading etc. )
methods of labeling harp keys. And what are some cherished ways of hauling
around and setting up an array of harps . I use an old metal roller-skate
suitcase for which I made stacked divided trays with a bottom compartment
for mic. & Misc.
Thought I'd try to steer the Harp L conversation away from the ubiquitous
( and somtimes divisive ) theoretical back-and-forth, to some practical
discussions that would be of benefit to neophytes and old-timers alike.
