I'm a beginning harp player who started as a fiftysomething so I doubt that
I'll ever be a virtuoso. That's OK, as Jerry Portnoy says, "It's not
athletics, it's music." I'm still very limited on the harp, but I can play
some tunes that my five year old granddaughter sings and dances to. That's
not crap, that's the good stuff. Do I want to get better, sure. Am I
enjoying the journey, you bet. That ain't crap.
