Just for the record, I never said this wasn't the case. I use 11th
position quite frequently and I don't consider it any harder than
playing in 3rd position - they are both only two steps away from the
home key.

I did say in my reply to your post "... I appreciate the point you are
making and for the most part agree with it...".
I just wanted to add that imposing limitations can be a very useful
creative exercise.
