Who knows Big Foot Chester?

Last week I've been listening to BBC 1 John Peel. There was a band
called Big Foot Chester, Garage/Punk with harmonica, the track was
titled Harpoon Man.

Is there anyone who knows something about this band and the harpplayer
(who?).
