First of all, you shouldn´t bother with unscrewing the mouthpiece. It is attached to the body aditionally by means of a very strong double face adhesive tape. And it doesn´t stand in the way of the important parts.

After having written that, I dismantled the harmonica again to check on the way the internal valves were attached. I found out tha those walves would be very hard to replace, if the body was made as only one piece.
Then I remembered a message sent me, stating that the body had in fact 2 parts, and went to check it out.
What I originally thought was a "very strong double face adhesive tape" was actually a kind of paste used to improve the sealing between the mouthpiece and the harmonica´s body. I guess that it loosened up after getting moist from my playing, and the second try to release the mouthpiece went ok. It turned out that the body has indeed 2 parts, and this makes the replacemnte of the valves easily possible.
