Using a C tuned diatonic harp, the 2nd draw is a G, and the 5 draw is an F. 
The interval is a minor 7th.

For a perfect fifth based on the G, you need a D. That is 4 draw, or 2/4 to 
use your notation.

3 draw is B, 6 draw is an A, therefore the interval is a minor 7th.
