harp depot problem



John wrote a fairly involved explanation for problems experienced by a few people. John, the problem is your lack of response. I had a couple of items on back order for over three months, with no reply from you or anyone else at Harp Depot; I'll refrain from going into the gory details, but the bottom line is Harp Depot is no longer book marked w/me, and you've lost at least few hundred dollars worth of business as a result. Not a big deal you say? Well, there are plenty of other e-retail options for harp consumers here in the US. We all know the harp retail biz is difficult, but your service performance is going to make it difficult for you to compete.
